On April 23-24, PTACs from Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development hosted a small business conference on the Sky Ute reservation in the beautiful Four Corners. I am proud to have supported this great event and had the opportunity to meet so many amazing small businesses from our region and to present on FAR 101, Wage Laws, Fringe Benefits, Data Rights and Teaming Arrangements.
